From I-84 East • Take Exit 31 (Rt 229) • Head north 5.5 miles • Turn left onto Woodland Street (heading up a hill) • After one mile, turn left at the light onto Maple Street • At light, turn right onto Center Street (drive .2 miles) • Museum is on the left on the corner of Center and Summer Street (Parking is in rear) From I-84 West • Take Exit 38 (Rt 6) • Head west 9 miles to Bristol Commons Shopping Plaza • Turn left at light after railroad track onto Maple Street (drive .4 mile) • At second light, turn right onto Center Street (drive .2 mile) • Museum is on the left on the corner of Center and Summer Street (Parking is in rear) Hours & Admission: The Bristol Historical Society has part-time staff, so hours of operation are limited to exhibition hours and by appointment until renovations are complete.
